Performance and characteristics:
1. The emulsifier is soluble in water and
has excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties. It is especially suitable
for producing various O/W type amino silicone oil (ammonia value 0.1 to 0.6)
microemulsion. It has the advantages of easy operation, strong emulsifying
power and good emulsion dispersion stability. It is a variety of amino silicone
oil emulsifiers with excellent properties in the market.
2. AMM is suitable for low and medium
viscosity silicone oil (viscosity ≤ 6000cp), AMH is
suitable for high viscosity silicone oil (viscosity ≤ 50000cp).
Application:
Add emulsifier and amino silicone oil to
the emulsifying kettle, add 10 parts of emulsifier, 20 amino silicone oil, mix
evenly, add 0.15 parts of acetic acid and 5 portions of water, stir for 20~30
minutes, add slowly 20 drops of water, 20 minutes, stir 30 minutes, add 20
portions of water, dilute it, stir for 10~20 minutes, until a uniform emulsion
is added, 0.15 acetic acid is added, and pH is adjusted between 5.5~6.0. Dilute
with 25 parts of water, stir for 10-20 minutes until uniform emulsion is
formed, take samples, check whether the appearance is transparent liquid,
filter and pack. (for reference)
Package and Storage:
Metal pail, 200Kg/drum or plastic drum,

Storage period: two years.
