Application:

I. 1. Usage (for reference)

According to the required solid content, the emulsifier and two methyl silicone oil are added to the emulsifying kettle in turn. The amount of emulsifier is 50% of the silicone oil, then heated to 40~50 C, and at the 500-1200r/min speed, water is added to the emulsion within 2 hours, that is, the emulsified two methyl silicone oil emulsion is obtained.

2. Usage (for reference)

According to the required solid content, add the measured emulsifier and dimethylsilicone oil to the emulsifying kettle in turn. The amount of emulsifier is 40-50% of the silicone oil. Stir it at a low speed (60 rpm) to translucent state for about 1 hour. Add 3-6% water at the initial stage to increase the stirring speed (1500 rpm) for 2 hours. Slowly add the remaining deionized water to the stirring pot, and finally add the preservative, Continue mixing for half an hour and discharge.
