Performance and characteristics:

1. The product is dispersed in hot water, soluble in general organic solvent, and has good emulsification and lubrication effect.

2. This product has good emulsification for 58# paraffin. The paraffin emulsion prepared by this product is fine and stable, and can be widely used in fiberboard processing, textile and paper industry.

Application:

1. in general, for 58# paraffin wax, the solid content of wax emulsion (including paraffin and emulsifier) is 20%~30%, and the amount of emulsifier is 35% of paraffin wax. That is to say, the wax emulsion of 100Kg30% should be 70Kg water, 23Kg paraffin and 7Kg emulsifier.

2. Preparation process: heat the metered water to 80-90 ℃; at the same time, add the metered emulsifier into the metered paraffin to mix, heat and melt; then add the mixture into the above hot water to mix evenly, keep the temperature for 10min, and cool it to be the concentrated emulsion with blue light.

Package and Storage:

Metal pail, 200Kg/drum or plastic drum, 50Kg/drum.

Storage period: two years.
