Characteristic and Applications:
Easily dissolved in water to transparent solution, thermostability, acidproof, alkali proof, metal salt resistance, chlorine resistance, no substantivity to all kinds of fibre. Used as penetrant in the scheduling of sizing, desizing, boiling off, bleaching, charring and chlorination in textile industry. Also used as penetrant auxiliaries of dye bath and collating bath, penetrant of leather covering. Used in exaltation of fibre textile with well property of ablution.
Consultation dosage:
1. Wool ablution: 1.5—2.0% of gross weight
2. Penetration: 2—6g/L solution
3. Desizing: about 0.2% of fluidounce
4. Charring: 1—1.5 g/L solution
5. Exaltation of fibre: 3—6g/L solution
Package and Storage:
Plastic drum, 50Kg/drum. Storage period: two years.
