Ink cleaning agent cleaning principle With the increasing demand for printing quality, ink cleaner that is easily overlooked printing aids, printing on the impact is also growing.

Composition of ink cleaner
1. Hydrocarbons in the detergent, the hydrocarbon content of about 50% or more, and hydrocarbons in accordance with the different molecular structure is divided into two types of aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons, which have the following characteristics:
(1) aliphatic hydrocarbons: molecules containing carbon molecules in the chain structure, the ink has a good solubility, can not be dissolved in water, rubber, human body and the environment is not harmful.
(2) aromatic hydrocarbons: molecules containing carbon molecular chain structure, the ink has a good dissolution, but it will cause the expansion of rubber polymer, while the human nervous system have adverse effects, long-term use may lead to Cancer lesions.

2. Emulsifier The ink cleanser must contain an emulsifier, which has the following characteristics: Promotes the mixing of oil and water to produce emulsification; the general flash point of the detergent contains emulsifiers; will not cause the rubber roller and blanket residual chemical crystals.

3. Anti-corrosive agents As the cleaning agent needs to be cleaned with water, the anti-corrosion agent has the effect of preventing water corrosion. High-quality ink cleanser, generally by two different boiling point of organic solvents, rubber antioxidant and can form a stable water-in-oil emulsion composition of the surface active agent.
In general, the technical indicators to measure the quality of ink cleaning agents are:
1. Non-aromatic aromatic compounds on the ink has a strong ability to clean, but the aromatic compounds have a number of adverse effects on the printing, so the new ink cleaner should not contain aromatic compounds.
Aromatic compounds on the adverse effects of printing are: (1) aromatic agent will cause the expansion of rubber, affecting the printing pressure, easy to cause printing quality problems. (2) does not meet environmental standards and human health standards.
2. Base vegetable oil ink cleaners should be based on vegetable oils rather than mineral oil.
3. High flash point characteristics At present, the international quality ink cleaner has a flash point above 55 ℃, heat-type ink in the cleaning process, the flash point of cleaning agents up to 100 ℃ or more. Cleaner flash point must be higher than the lowest temperature in the printing channel in order to meet the safety standards of the workshop, general printing of the flash point should be more than 55 ℃, and in the printing of UV ink, detergent flash point should Higher than 70 ° C.
High-quality ink cleaning agents in the printability of the characteristics of high-quality ink cleaning agent has the following performance:
(1) meet the environmental protection and health requirements, does not contain aromatic compounds, flash point higher than 55 ℃.
(2) the ink has a good cleaning ability, organic and inorganic compounds to clean the degree of more than 95%.
(3) of the rubber roller, blanket has a good adaptability, resulting in the expansion rate of not more than 2%.
(4) There is no corrosive effect on printing plates and printing presses.
(5) The main ingredient of auxiliary cleanser should be vegetable oil. Auxiliary cleaning of the ink roller In the printing process, due to paper, ink and water and other external conditions, the cleaning effect for the ink and the chemical properties of the printing roller, as well as chemical factors have an increasing impact of deformation. In modern printing, we use the ink cleaner, but also the use of a number of chemical skin care products for auxiliary cleaning, to ensure complete removal of impurities in the roller stay, and ultimately achieve the purpose of smooth printing.
These auxiliary cleaning include deep cleaning, enamel removal, rubber reduction, idling protection, softening of dead ink and so on.

2. 3. 4. Regular cleaning Reduce the long-term printing will cause the rubber to produce stubborn hard ink and other impurities, resulting in the surface of the roller glaze and hardness increase, it is necessary to regularly carry out a thorough cleaning of the rubber and elastic recovery.
5. Enamel Removal Due to the accumulation of time, the residual material formed on the rubber surface must be cleaned.
